The Seven-Day Dua Journal
Seven days. Seven prompts. A notebook and ten minutes is all you need.
Most of us make dua in our heads, in a hurry, and forget by evening what we asked for. Writing changes that. It slows you down. It makes you say exactly what you mean. And months later you can look back and see what was answered.
This is seven days of it, free. Use any notebook. If it becomes a habit, the full journals are there — but you do not need them to start, and you do not need to buy anything to finish this.
Day One — Gratitude before asking
Before you ask for anything, write three things you already have that you did not earn. Then make your dua.
Day Two — The thing you keep not saying
There is something you have been circling around and not naming plainly. Name it today, in full sentences.
Day Three — For someone else only
Today, ask for nothing for yourself. Write a dua for one person by name.
Day Four — The old one
Write down a dua you made years ago. Was it answered, refused, or delayed? Write what you think now.
Day Five — Forgiveness
Ask for forgiveness for one specific thing, not everything at once. Specific is harder. Do it anyway.
Day Six — The small thing
Ask for something so small you feel embarrassed to ask. Nothing is too small to bring.
Day Seven — Read it back
Read all six days aloud to yourself. Notice what repeats. That repeated thing is what your heart is actually asking for. Write it once more, clearly.
